For the last 15+ years, I’ve worked in the disability and neurodevelopmental sectors – helping children, families, and professionals understand what real inclusion actually looks like when it’s done with compassion, courage, and evidence-based practice (not token gestures and buzzwords).

As a queer, ADHD, serial entrepreneur and parent to a neurodivergent child, I’ve lived both sides of this.

I know how hard it is to navigate systems that weren’t built for our brains, bodies, or identities – and how powerful it is when we finally create our own.

That’s why I founded SENStory Group – to help individuals, families, and businesses move beyond awareness and into actionable, sustainable inclusion.

From our 4-acre site in South Gloucestershire – home to our herd of therapy horses and one slightly confused sheep called Tommy (who identifies as a horse, obviously) – we support people on the frontline of inclusion: in classrooms, workplaces, and communities.

Through our consulting, training, and clinical services, we help you understand the humans behind the labels.
