Sometimes you need a space that’s focused entirely on you, your business, and your inclusion journey.
My 1:1 support gives you personalised guidance, clear next steps, and a safe, shame-free space to ask questions, get clarity, and build strategies that actually work for your team, your audience, and your values.
This isn’t box-ticking. It’s not corporate lip service. And it’s definitely not about being perfect. It’s about meaningful progress, accountability, and support rooted in lived experience and clinical expertise.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or fine-tuning what you’ve already built, this is where we map out your next steps — together.
Sometimes you don’t need a full programme, a long-term plan, or months of support. You just need someone who gets it, sits with you in the messy middle, and helps you untangle what’s going on in your brain and business.
That’s what the BrainStorm Session is for.
In this focused 60-minute call, we’ll dig into whatever’s keeping you stuck — whether it’s neurodivergence, accessibility, inclusion, or the overlap of all three. Bring the questions, the chaos, the “I don’t even know where to start,” and I’ll bring my clinical experience, lived neurodivergent brain, and no-judgement approach.
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with:
Clarity on what’s going on (not just assumptions)
Practical next steps you can actually action
Strategies tailored to your brain and your business
Confidence to move forward without spiralling into overwhelm
Think of it as the supportive, safe sounding board you wish you’d had years ago — not someone telling you what you should be doing, but someone helping you find what actually fits.
Tailored, one-to-one training designed around your context, your pace, and your priorities.
This is for individuals or teams who want deeper learning around neurodivergence, accessibility, and inclusion — without generic slides or one-size-fits-all content.
We’ll focus on the areas that matter most to you, grounding everything in lived experience, clinical insight, and real-world application.
You’ll come away with practical understanding, increased confidence, and clear ways to embed inclusive practice into your day-to-day work.
Hands-on support for organisations planning inclusive spaces, events, or programmes — without the stress of second-guessing every decision.
From accessibility planning and risk reduction through to inclusive design, delivery, and on-the-day support, this service helps you create events and experiences where people genuinely feel safe, welcome, and considered.
We’ll work together to anticipate needs, avoid common pitfalls, and embed inclusion into every stage — so you can focus on delivering impact, not worrying about getting it wrong.
As someone with ADHD, noise sensitivity, and a low social battery, I know how inaccessible events can feel without opportunities for regulation and recovery—like needing cheesy chips, a cheese toastie, and a weighted blanket to reset before a night out. This inspired us to create breakout spaces at events, and we offer this service to hire.
For those like me, who struggle with sitting or standing for long periods due to hypermobile joints, this could offer a neuroaffirming way to stay engaged without discomfort.
Our hire package includes full set up of the equipment, someone on hand to provide support throughout the event and taking it down at the end. All you need to do is provide the space!
